This 2-tier Christening cake was ordered for baby Jamie’s Christening in Celbridge.  His mum wanted blue booties on top, with a train running around the cake, and his name on building blocks.  There are a couple of cute blue and white teddies on there too.  All the decorations are handmade from sugarpaste and completely edible.

Burger & chips anyone?

I made these mini-burgers and chips for Father’s Day.  The burgers are made from chocolate cupcakes and the burger buns are vanilla sponge cupcakes.  The chips are actually toasted madeira cake!  The ketchup and cheese are made from icing.
Very weird eating sweet burgers and chips… tasty though!  These would be ideal for kids’ birthday parties, [...]
