This cake was ordered by Kevin in Newbridge for his wife’s 50th birthday.  He wanted a funky cake with a leopard-print design.  We decided to put feathers and a fun little bit of bling on there too, to make it look more impressive!

The cake itself was a 10-inch chocolate fudge cake, filled with chocolate ganache, and covered with sugarpaste.  The leopard-print design was hand-painted on with edible food colouring.
