Claire ordered this cake for Noel in Maynooth.  He’s a big supporter of Kildare football, so she thought a jersey cake would be ideal for his 30th Birthday party.  The cake was a 10-inch chocolate biscuit cake, carved into the shape of a football jersey.  I then covered it in white sugarpaste, and handpainted the logos.
